Our custom home process has been perfected over three generations of design building. We take great pride in being able to design and build a home that satisfies your style and wishes.
Shorelines Development
We know how to navigate the Shoreline Management Plan (SMP) like no other company in the Pacific Northwest. If you plan to build on the waterfront, we are the only company you want to hire, or else you are going to waste buckets of money, after which you will only get a "no" from the Building Department.
Architectural Design and Engineering
We work seamlessly with top AIA Architects and Principals of some of the largest Engineering Firms in Seattle. We perform the Design work ourselves at an affordable cost and then have our industry leading consultants, Architects and Engineers (who are too busy to take on new clients) endorse our high-end work product with their stamps of approval.
Navigating ECA Steep Slope Areas and Wetlands
Our company has the rare skillset it takes to develop Waterfront, Wetlands, Steep Slopes and even Landslide areas; all of which means beautiful view, challenging location and extremely difficult to build. With this, we use our team of Biologists, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Retaining Wall Experts.
Challenging Permitting Processes

Everyone thinks Building Permits are a complicated and challenging process, this is a myth... if you recognize the Building Department for what they are really there to do, it is to help, not hinder. However, you need to make them part of the idea, and work with them and not against them in the permitting of your home. We build special relationships because we can communicate with the Building Department, with transparency, not lying to them or trying to pull a fast one. You see, its just like a marriage, if you lie to your spouse, the relationship is not going to be a very good one.

When it comes to financing we bend over backwards for our clients get several banks fighting over our client's project for their business. At the end of the day, we recognize that we have a fiduciary responsibility to treat our client's life savings, like it is our own. For this you must wear kid gloves.
