In house, we have the ability to navigate through challenging permitting situations, involving shorelines development, ECA steep slope areas and wetlands. Simply getting through the permitting can be a huge challenge, particularly on waterfront parcels. We are experts at removing obstacles and creatively designing homes with minimal to zero impact on the environment. After we have designed your home, we then shepherd you through the even more challenging environment of building.
